Thursday, December 14, 1972 4 P.M.
The regular meeting was held at the Library on the above date. Present were Mrs, Conrad,
presiding, Mr. Maeser, Miss Standley, Mr. Lovett, Mr. Tappan, Mrs. Isenberg and Mrs. Risley.
The minutes of the last meeting read and approve&
Financial sheets were presented.
Reports of the Heads of Departments read.
Administration:
Committee reported major projects for the year were completed.
Resolutions drawn up by Mr. Lovett and Miss Standley were read.
Revenue sharing was discussed at length. Voted that letter be sent to the Mayor requesting
a part of the City's fund be applied to architectural planning for the Library.
VOTED: January meeting to be held on Thursday, January 11, 1973.
Mrs. Beatrice Finney, representing the League of Women Voters, was present.
Meeting adjourned at 5 P.M. following a brief executive session.
