Thursday, December 17, 1964 4 P.M.
The Trustees held their regular meeting on the above date. In attendance were Mrs. Conrad,
presiding, Mr. Maeser, Mr. Hyde, Mr. Pierce, Mr. Brown and Mr. Doherty.
Records and reports were dispensed with the finance balances were explained:. 11 in Salaries and
$5.22 in Maintenance with all appropriations for other outlays entirely used.
Because of so much trouble with electrical board and meter board it was felt that the City Electrician
should be approached as the Fire Dept. had been called as well as the City Electrician' s Office.
Mr. Toomey went to the Mayor for a Special $600 to take care of this trouble as all lines are
overloaded. It was appropriated and work will begin very soon.
The By-laws were brought up by Mr. Pierce. VOTED to cancel all previous by-laws and adopt the
new RULES QF PROCEDURE as approved by the By-laws Committee these to be made permanent
in the Trustee's book.
It was explained that it was unwise to renovate the desk in the Children's Room and a new one should
be considered.
At the Librarian's suggestion for a Committee to look into problems with the Custodians, the
Chairman appointed a Committee of Mr. Brown, Mr. Toomey and Mr. Maeser.
