The regular meeting ofthe Trustees was held at the Library on the above date. Mrs. Conrad Presided.
Trustees present were Mrs. Bryant, Mr. Hyde, Mr. Maeser, Mr. Pierce, Mr. Toomey and Mr.
Doherty.
VOTED To accept the minutes of Sept. 17 meeting.
VOTED: To accept all reports and Finance sheets.
For Administration Mr. Toomey reported the $165 remaining from waterproofing the Farms (Moore
Co.) could be transferred to Maintenance and be used for very necessary repairs to the iron work at
the Farms.
Mr. Tooracy explained about the very hot pipe in the upstairs foyer and as to the valve and union in
the dome skylight. The Fire Dept was called but there was absolutely no danger. A plumber was
called to attend to this matter. (Fri. Oct. 2 at 6:30)
Mr. Pierce reported that recommendations of the Special Committee on Revision of By-Laws would
be presented to each Trustee and would be approved and voted on at the Nov. Meeting.
The 1965 Budget was discussed and it was VOTED to adopt the Budget as presented, with some
added changes.
