Due to the inclement weather (bad snow storm and no parking facilities), sickness of some Trustees
and lack of a quorum Mrs. Bryant, Acting Chairman in the absence of Mrs. Conrad proposed that the
meeting be canceled. The next regular meeting will be March 19th.
