The President being absent, Mr. Tuck filled the chair. On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
voted that the abstract of regulations as reported by the Secretary be adopted; and the Librarian
instructed to affix a copy thereof to the outside of each book in general circulation. It was also voted
to see an amount not exceeding fifteen copies of "Stone's History of Beverly" at two dollars & fifty
cents per copy.
