Eastern Contract Disposal Eastern Contract Disposal sent two representatives to this meeting. They stated that they had held the price of one district nine years. The representatives also stated that the paper misquoted his prices. Eastern Contract Disposal will help us in a pinch, but they are extended too tight right now to bid the entire city. There is a possibility that they would take one-half district; they will think it over and contact Mr. Walsh on Saturday. The representatives suggested modernization of the contracts with the possibility of arbitration clause being added. After all contractors left, the Board held a short meeting to discuss all avenues open and it was decided to call a special meeting of the Board on Monday, February 12, 1968 at 6:00 p.m. Mr. Walsh to inform all Board of Health members of this meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m. Respectfully submitted, FOR: THOMAS H. SCANLAN Director BY: Joseph W. Walsh, Jr. Sanitarian
