At the meeting this evening it was decided to keep the Encyclopedia on hand for the present
and to have the volumes in Boston for sale returned to the Library the offer of Twenty dollars not
being satisfactory. Mr. E. C. Adams was elected by ballot to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation
of Rev. W. H. Davis and to serve on the same committee. The Secretary was requested to notify him
of his election.
