The Board met at the appointed time. The report of the Treasurer and Librarian were read
and accepted. The Committees on Purchasing of Books and on Rooms made verbal reports. The
Treasurer reported that he had obtained reinsurance for the mount that just expired. The remainder
of the session passed in preparing the Annual Report to the Town.
