At the meeting this evening the report of the Librarian was read and accepted.
The Treasurer presented his report, which was approved and placed on file.
On motion of Mr. Tuck a voted of thanks was passed to Chas. F. Morse, Esq. for Magazines for the
past year. The remainder of the evening was passed in preparation of catalogue.
Present Messrs. Boyden, Lanphear, Tuck & Leach.
