The President being absent, Mr. Lanphear was chose Chainnan.
The Report of Librarian was read and accepted.
The Treasurer presented his Report which was read and accepted.
An examination of the Magazine list was made and discussion in regard to the purchase of Appleton's
Encyclopedia and other works occupied the remainder of the evening.
