The Board met at the house of Mr. F. Leach, the Library Room not being ready for use. The
discussion of Financial Matters, and the preparation of a new catalogue occupied the evening. The
Librarian was authorized to employ Mr. E. Ellingwood Torrey in the preparation of a Catalogue, and
also requested to see the Selectmen as soon as possible in regard to the Town Appropriation to the
Library.
The Board adjourned subject to call.
