At the meeting this evening in the absence of the President E. L. Giddings was chosen
Chairman. It was voted to subscribe for the following magazines for the ensuing year, viz. Harpers,
Atlantic, Scribner, Eclectic, Temple Bar, Overland, North American Review, Gardener's Monthly.
The Librarian reported regarding the condition of the Books at the annual examination, he considered
the Books on the shelves to be in good condition and the loss of books during the year to be very
light.
It was also voted to print a list of books purchased the last year.
No other business presenting, the Board adjourned to Jan. 14th.
