The President announced to the Board the reelection of Mr. J. D. Tuck for five years.
The Board the organized by the election by ballot of the following officers.
Wm. C. Boyden President
Franklin Leach Secretary
J. D. Tuck Treasurer
Messrs. O. T. Lanphear, E. L. Giddings, Franklin Leach, Committee on purchase of Books.
Messrs. E. L. Giddings, W. C. Boyden, Franklin Leach, Prudential Committee.
Mr. J. D. Tuck was chosen Librarian with a salary of Two Hundred dollars and liberty to engage
assistants. It was also voted to insure the Books, and other property of the Library for a sum not less
than four thousand dollars.
Adjourned to the pt Tuesday in June.
