At the meeting this evening the President announced to the Board, the reelection of Mr. F.
Leach for five years.
The Board then organized by the choice of Mr. W. C. Boyden as President.

Messrs. O. T. Lanphear, E. L. Giddings, Franklin Leach, Corn. on Purchase of Books.
Messrs. E. L. Giddings, W. C. Boyden, F. Leach, Prudential Committee.
Mr. J. D. rock was chosen Librarian at a salary of Two Hundred dollars per annum.
The treasurer was instructed to keep the property of the Library covered by insurance to the amt. of
three thousand dollars.
