The Board met this evening at the usual hour. On motion of Mr. Tuck, Mr. Boyden was
chosen chairman.
It was also voted to publish a supplementary catalogue of books, and Mr. Boyden was chosen a
committee to carry the same into effect.
Mr. E. L. Giddings was chosen to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. R. R. Endicott.
The office of President being vacated by the above resignation, Mr. W. C. Boyden was unanimously
elected President of the Board.
The following list of magazines were voted to be subscribed for, with the exception of the Naturalist
which was left to the discretion of the Librarian.
North American Review, Eclectic, Atlantic, Harper's, American Naturalist, Am. Joum. Of
Horticulture, Temple Bar, London Society, Galaxy.
No other business coming before the meeting, the board adjourned to Feb. 1st 1870.
