After considerable discussion in regard to the purchase of Mr. Samuel 's work on Ornithology,
the whole matter was postponed until after the annual examination of books in July.
It was voted that the Treasurer should make inquiries regarding the financial condition of the Beverly
Insurance Company, and report at the next meeting. No other business presenting, the board
adjourned to July 7th.
