The Board met by call from the Secretary. The first business presenting itself was the
organization of the Board for the ensuing year. The Secretary informed the Board of the reelection
of Mr. B. O. Peirce for five years.
The following Officers and Committee were chosen, Mr. Moulton in the Chair.

Mr. J. D. Tuck was chosen Librarian, Salary One Hundred and Fifty dollars per annum.
