At the meeting this evening, Mr. Moulton in the Chair, Mr. Endicott was present and
introduced to the Board.
On ballot for President Mr. E. H. Moulton was elected.
Mr. Endicott was elected to fill the vacancy on the committee for the purchase of Books. On motion
of Mr. Leach, it was voted to suspend for a period of two months so much of the amendment to
Article 1st of the Bye-laws, as related to the delivery of books on Wednesday atternoon, and to allow
for the delivery of the same on Wednesday evening.
Adjourned to Jan. 4th 1867.
