The vote passed at the meeting of the 28th opening the Library on the 17th was reconsidered
and it was voted to open on the 10th.
The remainder of the time was passed in preparing the Annual Report to the Town.
Present Messrs. Peirce, Tuck, Moulton & Leach.
The meeting then dissolved.
