At the meeting this evening, Mr. B. O. Peirce was elected to fill the vacancy caused by the
resignation of Mr. I. B. Hill.
On the motion of Mr. Tuck, Mr. B. O. Peirce was chosen President of the Board. A motion to furnish
a list of the new books to applicants was rejected.
It was voted to reduce the price of the catalogue to fifteen cents and that hereafter no catalogue
should be provided for general use.
Mr. Peirce was appointed on the committee on the purchase of books, and Mr. Tuck on the
Prudential Committee.
