The President being absent from the Coumry, the Board met by call from the Secretary. Mr.
E. H. Moulton, having been chosen by the Town to fill the vacancy caused by the expiration of Mr.
Peirce's term, was present and was introduced to the Board.
The following officers and committees were chosen for the ensuing year. Mr. J. B. Hill being
chairman.

The next subject in order was the report of the committee on an improved method of keeping the
delivery books, two methods were presented, and after full discussion, the choice of methods was lef~
to the Librarian.
Mr. J. D. Tuck was chosen Librarian for the ensuing year.
No other business coming before the meeting, it was adjourned to Wednesday 6th April.
