At the meeting this evening Messrs. Peirce, Dodge, Tuck, and Leach were present. The
question on the state of the Library being before the meeting the following resolution was
unanimously passed.
Resolved: "That we consider it our duty in conformity to the wishes of the Donators to the Public
Library, to preserve their gift unimpaired."
The motion to open the Library once a fortnight for the delivery of Books was laid upon the table.
