The Board came together by call from the Secretary. The President announced the reelection
of J. D. Tuck for five years. The reelection of officers for the ensuing year was next in order.
The following officers and committees were chosen.

After some discussion as to the time of reopening the Library the Board adjourned to Mch. 26th at
7 o'clock.
