Saturday Evening April 26th.
The adjoumed meeting of the Board was held in the Library Room. Present Messrs. Endicott,
Haddock & Peirce. Mr. Haddock was appointed to the chair. Mr. Peirce presented a sketch of a seal
designed for book plate which was approved by the board.
Adjourned to meet on Saturday evening next at 8 o'clock.
On motion of Mr. Endicott April 19th Mr. Peirce was requested to procure 20 copies of Blank
Books suitable for catalogues for reference. The matter was subsequently reconsidered without any
formal vote & it was decided that not more than five or six would be required. Mr. Peirce was
requested to have these made in the most substantial manner as soon as possible.
