An adjourned meeting held in the Library Room. Present Messrs. Endicott, Haddock &
Peirce.
Mr. Haddock was chosen chairman.
On motion of Mr. Peirce, R. G. Bennett was elected Treasurer of the board for the ensuing year.
On motion of Mr. Endicott
It was resolved
That the resignation of Office tendered by Mr. C. W. Galloupe be accepted.
Adjourned to Saturday evening next at 7 1/2 o' clock.
