Friday Evening March 7th.
A meeting was held in the Library Room. Present Messrs. Galloupe, Haddock & Peirce.
The Librarian also present.
On motion of Mr. Galloupe, Mr. Haddock was appointed chairman.
Mr. Galloupe from the Committee on Subscriptions offered a report, which on motion of Mr.
Peirce was recommitted with instructions to make that report more specific & final.
On motion of Mr. Peirce the sum of sixty dollars was appropriated to defray certain expenses incurred
by Mr. Galloupe on account of the Library. A memorandum of the same to be hereafter presented
to the Board.

Adjourned to meet tomorrow evening at 71/2 o'clock.
