Monday Evening Dec. 8th 1855
The Board met according to adjournment. The President being absent, Mr. Galloupe was
appointed Chairman of the meeting.
There being some difference of opinion with regard to the Second of the proposed Rules &
Regulations
It was voted
That we reconsider the vote passed on the evening of the first instant by which said
Regulation was adopted.
Voted
To adjourn to next Thursday evening at 8 1/2 o'clock.
