The meeting appointed for Saturday evening Nov. 24th was postponed to Saturday evening December
1st.
Messrs, Galloupe & Endicott made statement of progress in the preparation of a catalogue of selected
books but were unable to present a formal report. The time was, for the most part, spent in informal
discussion of various plans of selecting & arranging books & topics connected with our own
operations.
The subject of Rules & Regulations was called up and the first two articles as presented by the
committee after some amendments we adopted.
Voted to adjourn to Monday evening.
