A meeting of the Trustees of the Beverly Public Library was called for Saturday the Day
of August, 1915 but there was present no quorum for the transaction of business.
Mr. Driver, Mr. Bulkeley and Miss Loring were present.
Various matters pertaining to the Library were discussed and it was agreed to recommend
that the Committee on Administration employ Miss Wiggin.
It was agreed that Miss Sinnicks be employed in September on a salary at the rate of $400
per year.
42 books were recommended for purchase by the Committees on Circulation and various
pamphlets were reported as received.
It was agreed that Miss Loring should ask Miss Wiggin to visit the Schools of the city with
a view to the inauguration of instruction of scholars at the Library.
