The Trustees met this evening. Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Woodberry, Galloupe, Leach, and Dodge
present.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the room committee be authorized to employ an assistant for alternoon service.
By suggestion of the Librarian, it was
Voted That keys be furnished the express men who transport the books to and from the several
branches.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned for two weeks Sep 24 at 8 o'clock
P.M..
