The Trustees held a meeting as per adjournment. Messrs. Tuck, Woodberry, Dodge and Giddings &
Galloupe present.
The meeting was called to order by the chairman.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Mr. Galloupe, it was
Voted The recommendation of Mr. Woodberry in relation to filling certain incomplete sets of
magazines (Atlantic, Harpers, Popular Science, Eclectic & Forum) be adopted.
A letter from the See. of the Neighbors Library at Beverly Farms was read and placed on file,
and the Seey. was requested to reply.
Voted That Mr. Galloupe be instructed to have a glass panel placed in one of the doors and such
information painted upon it as was deemed necessary.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned till Aug. 20 at 8 o'clock P.M.
