The board met as per adjournment. Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Woodberry, Dodge and Leach were
present.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the services of James A. Frufy be secured at the price named 20 cents per hour.
On motion of Mr. Leach, it was
Voted That the salary of the Librarian, Miss Martha P. Smith be Three hundred and seventy five
dollars for the ensuing year ($375.00)
On motion of Mr. Woodberry, it was
Voted That a committee on the catalogue be appointed to have charge of and suggest from time to
time such improvements as may be needed, Messrs. Woodberry, and Leach were appointed.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the subject of printing a supplement to the fiction list be referred to the above committee,
and that they report at their earliest convenience.
Voted to adjourn to meet two weeks from tonight Aug. 6m at 8 o'clock.
