Beverly May 7th 1892
At the meeting this evening, Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Dodge, Galloupe and Leach present. The
meeting was called to order by the chairman.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the Secretary be instructed to communicate with the committee of the Beverly Farms
branch of the Library requesting them to send a written statement stating in full their desires
in order that the trustees may act intelligently thereon.
On motion of Mr. Galloupe it was
Voted That the chairman and Secretary be a committee to consider the subject of establishing
branches at North Beverly and Centerville to report on the 21st inst.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That Three hundred dollars be drawn from the appropriation and that a draft for the same be
made upon the Town Treasurer.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
