The Trustees held a meeting this evening Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Dodge, Woodberry together with
Messrs. Driver and Addison who had been elected by the joint boards of Selectmen and trustees to
fill vacancies caused by the death of Mr. Leach and the resignation ofRev. Ellery C. Butler by reason
of his removal to Quincy.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That Mr. Woodberry be authorized to contract for a finding list (catalog) on Fiction upon the
most favorable terms.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That Mr. Woodberry be authorized to purchase such books upon the replacing list as he may
consider advisable.
There bing no further business the meeting was adjourned.
