The Trustees held a meeting this evening.
Messrs. Tuck, Woodberry, Giddings, and Dodge being present.
Meeting called to order by the President.
On motion of Mr. Woodberry, it was
Voted That the secretary be authorized to inform the Board of Selectmen that there are two
vacancies now existing in the board of Trustees.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That Mr. Woodberry and the secretary be a committee to prepare a letter upon the death of
Mr. Leach expressive of our regard and sympathy for the loss to his family and the town, and
that a copy be sent to his widow, and be spread upon our records.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
