The Trustees met this evening.
Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Butler, Woodberry, and Dodge present.
The meeting was called to order by the Pres.
The records of the last meeting was read and approved.
The Treasurer's report was read, accepted and placed on file.
The report of the trustees was read, accepted and placed on file.
The books and accounts with all vouchers of the Treasurer were examined, audited and found
correct.
On motion of Mr. Dodge, it was
Voted That $500.00 be added to the Insurance on books and fixtures.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
