Beverly February 2d 1894
The Trustees met this evening. Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Butler and Dodge present.
The meeting was held on Friday instead of Saturday evening which was the date of the regular
meeting because Mr. Woodberry could not be present on Saturday evening.
The meeting was called to order by the Pres. Reading of records of the previous meeting was
omitted.
The Librarian's report was read and on motion of Mr. Giddings was accepted and placed on
file.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the Trustees report be prepared and incorporated with the Librarian's, and Treasurer' s
in the Farms Report.
On motion of Mr. Butler, it was
Voted That we add some magazines treating upon field sports.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That Mr. Butler be a committee to obtain one.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
