The Trustees held a meeting this evening.
Messrs. Tuck, Butler, Leach, Woodberry and Dodge present.
The meeting was called to order by the President.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Mr. Woodberry, it was
Voted That the printing of the catalogue for the Beverly Farms Branch be referred to the committee
chosen for that purpose, viz. Messrs. Woodberry and Leach, and that they be authorized to
have it prepared.
On motion of Mr. Leach, it was
Voted That Iohnson's Encyclopedia be sent to the Beverly Farms Branch and that a copy of
Websters and Woreesters Dictionaries latest edition be purchased for the same Branch.
This motion was left to Mr. Woodberry to carry out.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
