At the regular meeting of the trustees this evening the following members were present. Messrs.
Tuck, Giddings, Woodberry and Leach and Galloupe.
The meeting was called to order by the chairman.
On motion of it was
Voted That Mr. Woodberry be requested to prepare the annual report.
The compensation of Miss Jennie P. Dodge was then considered and it was
Voted That it be at the rate of 12 ½ cents per hour until Jan. 31st 1893.
On motion of Mr. Woodberry, it was
Voted That the binding of the copies of Littells magazine which were presented by the Essex Institute
to complete the set be authorized and that the acknowledgment of the transmitted to them by
the secretary.
Voted That the room committee be authorized to procure additional chairs for the use of the Library,
and the cushions of those now in use be repaired or new ones procured, also a table for
books.
