At the regular meeting of the Trustees this evening the following business was transacted. The entire board were present.
The meeting was called to order by the chairman.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approve.
The room committee reported that the alcoves and shelves would be placed in position the
coming week.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That a committee of 2 be appointed to visit Centerville and ascertain what arrangements could
be made with reference to establishing a branch there. Messrs. Tuck and Galloupe were
chosen.
On motion of Mr. Woodberry, it was
Voted That the Scientific American be added to the list of publications.
On motion of Mr. Addison was
Voted that the same committee be authorized to visit Beverly Farms with reference to perfecting
arrangements in relation to the branch there. Mr. Addison was added to the committee.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted To adjourn till the first Saturday in June.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
