Meeting Minutes: June 18, 1997
Present: E. Wood, L. Ward, Chair, and P. Seamam, Clerk
1. Approval of meeting minutes of pre~ious two meetings. Motion to accept by E. Wood. Voted
unnnimously.
2. The Board was forced to reject all submitted grounds care proposals as too costly for the ~ity.
3. Discussion then proceeded to a plan for the care of Central Cemetery, other cemeteries to be cared for
by Public Sentices. A ten cut and trim annual program is proposed and will be advertised for openning
July 15. Prices for a single cut and trim will be sought.
4. A spead sheet of the cemetery lot waiting list was presented for review.
5. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:20.
