The bids for Proposals for New Lighting for stacks at Main Library were opened. Mrs.
Conrad & Mr. Brown were present. The lowest bidder, Charles E. McQueeny was $885. The only
other bid was Greenlaw $1240 and instant start $1382. It was left for Mr. Brown to contact the
Mayor.
