Re: Meeting Minutes: March 20
The Board of Cemetery Managers met March 20, 1997 at City Hall at 5:30 P.M. The meeting
time and place had been posted as required by the City Charter. Present were Loring Ward, Jr.,
Eugene Wood, John Dunn and Peter Seamans.
As this was the first meeting of the Cemetery Managers in some years, the meeting was devoted
to initiating areas of concern from which to prioritize and agenda for the coming months. Issues
raised were availability of preneed cemetery lots for sale, and pricing for cemetery services.
By unanimous assent, it was VOTED: Loring Ward, Jr. to serve as Chairman and Peter Seamans
to serve as Clerk for the year ending February 28, 1998.
There being no other business, the meeting adjourned at 6:30.
