Letter of appropriation to Neff Bouchard for tree donated and planted in Central Cemetery
Offer of second tree at Central Cemetery Mrs. Joanne Silva accepted.
Review/revise proposed rate structure
Timing for delivery to City Council: November 17, 1997 to become effective January 1, 1998.
Discuss/revise city policy relative to use of vaults: Carry item to next meeting
From the "Sale of Lots" account, it was VOTED:
1. Authorize purchase of loam to finish new cremation seelion in Central Cemetery.
2. Authorize purelmse of loam to spread along roadside from holding tomb to bend at section
nine.
3. Authorize the purebase of cemetery lot markers and customized numbering system.
Other business: VOTED: Hire R.D.Fudge to cut back growth encroaching the Littlefield lot in Central
Cemetery
Mr. Wood expressed concern that pre-need sales of lots begin in October. He suggested that
beginning October 13, the present moratorium be lifted at current lot prices with assignments made at a
later date after new layouts are complete.
