Beverly March 26, 1931
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at the Library on Thursday, March
26th at 4 P.M. There being present of the Board Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Messrs. Cronin, Small
and Pond.
The records of the meeting of February 26 were read and approved.
The Finance Committee made monthly report of expenditures and balances.
Voted: to accept the same.
The circulation committee recommended the purchase of 162 new titles and the receipt of
9 gifts.
Voted: that this recommendation be accepted by the Board.
The report of the Librarian, giving figures of circulation and registration was read and placed
on file.
Voted: to adjourn.
