Present: Messers Ward, Wood, and Searoans and Mrs. Ferris
1. Approve minutes of Previous meeting: Postponed
2. Review of events. since last meeting: Spring clean-up, Status of RDFudgc contract, Use of Bill
Athenon for lot specific service work
3, Report on {Proposed rate clmnges: Meeting with Committ~ on Public Service and Aid went well and
reported rates out to full Council
4, Review of possible projects for coming Season: See attached
5. Policy relative to requirement for vaults: Debate continues
6. Ryan Fortin's Eagle Scout Project continues in planning. Iastmmce certificates have been received to
satisfaction of City Finance Director. List of-stones/lots anticipated, date to be announced.
Old Business: a. Acquisition of benches for Beverly Farms and North Beverly Cemeteries.
b. Rate revision request
c. PBS directed to review city practic~ and policy relative to burial of iadigents,
Specifically relative to payment of opening fees and liner costs.
