Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees at Library Bl'd.
Meeting called to order at 3:30 P.M. by acting Chairman Webber.
Those present were Misses Loring and Marsters, Mrs. Braden. Messrs. Kilham & Webber.
Records read and appr'd.
Circulation Com. reported 71 Titles and one gift - by Miss Loring.
Report accepted.
By vote- the "North Shore Breeze" - a weekly paper - was added to the Beverly Farms Library
table.
Finance Com: made its annual report to the Board.
Same accepted.
Monthly report of Librarian received, read - and filed.
The "Budget" for 1920 to cover regular expenses was placed at $14,500 - and same presented to
City Council.
Voted- That the Clark legacy - so called - be used to purchase a mahogany card case for use in
main room. - with suitable plate marked with donor name.
This legacy was left by Miss Sarah Warner Clark in memory of her father - A. N. Clark.
