Regular meeting of Board of Trustees at Library Building.
Meeting called to order at 3:30 P.M. by Mr. Webber - acting chairman.
Those present - Misses Loring, Sohier, Marsters. Misses Kilham, Webber & Henderson.
Records read & aprd.
Cir Com: reported purchase of 59 Titles and gift of one more Water Color by Miss Perkins.
Finance Com: made monthly report which was accepted.
Librarian made report to date which was accepted & placed on file.
Mr. Webber for the Admin. Com: reported that Robert had been temporarily employed to assist
Mr. Hanners in Janitor work at a weekly wage of $10.00 - Mr. Hanners being a provisional
appointee.
Report accepted.
Voted - to leave the question of allowing school children to occupy the adult reading room, in the
hands of Miss Loring & Mr. Webber.
Voted to adjourn
