Regular meeting Board of Trustees at Library Building.
Meeting called to order at 3:30 P.M. by the Chairman.
Those present were - Misses Loring and Marsters, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Webber &
Henderson.
Records of last meeting read & apr'd.
Circulation Com: reported purchase of 33 titles, also receipt of 3 gifts, one map and 12 French
books.
Report acp' d.
Finance Com: made monthly report which was acp'd.
Librarian made monthly report. Same acp'd and placed on file.
The Finance Com: made application to City Council - as directed at last meeting - and as a result the
sum of- $1000.00 was appropriated to cover expenses of repairs on roof of library building to date.
Voted - That the Finance Com: be authorized to approve bills for payment from Trust Funds to the
amount that may be needed over and above the $1000.00 appropriated by the City to complete the
above named repairs on roof.
