Regular meeting of Board of Trustees at Library building.
Meeting called to order by Chairman at 3:30 P.M. those present being - Misses Loring, Whitney
and Sohier. Messrs. Driver, Webber, Kilham and Henderson.
Records of last previous meeting read and approved.
Circulation Com: reported purchase of 62 titles and acceptance of one gift. - Report accepted.
Finance Corn: monthly report read and accepted.
Voted: That the Secretary, on behalf of the Board of Trustees request of the City government an
additional appropriation of $500.00 for maintenance of Library building during the current year.
Voted: That the thanks of the Board be extended through its secretary to Miss Mary G. Stone and
her brothers, and to Miss Mary Gray for gifts of valuable books.
Voted to adjourn.
